A note! Terrorists don\'t worry! The EU foreign ministers council have omitted the name of Mojahedeen Khalgh Organization from this Union\'s list of terrorist groups while Its members have a terrorist record and are hated in the Iranian People\'s minds. The only justification for this act in the words of Javier Solana the man responsible for the EU\'s foreign relation is that the job they are doing today is only obeying the court\'s verdict and they can not do any thing else about this decision. What Solana means by court is that the EU primary court which following the verdict of the British court has voted three times in favor of omitting Mojahedeen \'s name from the EU list of terrorist groups. Every time the mentioned court has voted based on this reasoning that the EU has not been able to find sufficient reasons for keeping Mojahedeen\'s name in the list of terrorist groups. Isn\'t the murder and the massacre of 12000 Iranian citizens %90 of whom were civilians and ordinary people and the massacre of so many Iraqi Shiites and Kurds in 1991 in the operation pearl a reason for the terrorist substance of Mojahedeen Khalgh Organization? Isn\'t opening mortar fire on people\'s quay\'s in bus stations, shopping centers and Parks terrorism? Isn\'t the exploding of people\'s working places (the explosion of Naser Khosrow Market on Sep/28/1982) with the aim of creating fear and in the words of Massoud Rajavi creating a military air terrorism? If not so what is the criteria of terrorism and the prosecution of terrorists? The reasoning of the primary EU court and following it the decision of the EU board of ministers is that this organization has not committed any terrorist act after 2001 . Actually EU is saying that Mojahedeen have not done any terrorist acts ( Of course this Organization has not omitted the picture of the weapon from its sign officially and has not officially declared that it will not terror people any more and its members are still wearing military dresses in the ashraf camp) . If we accept this reasoning and disregard the last unsuccessful terrorist operation of theirs when the suicide bomber who was one of their members introduced himself to the Iraqi police, the serious question that makes the mind of any one interested busy is that what is the answer of the EU which claims to be supporting the human rights for the children of those who have been killed in Mojahedeen terrorist activities ? In addition to this the act of EU is helping to disregard the rights of more than 12000 Iranian victims of Mojahedeen terrorism. Without any doubt the simplest consequence of this decision is to reinforce the status of those terrorists who right now for their personal or any other reasons murder and massacre people, what Mojahedeen used to do because they know that in case of need they have to allow some times pass over their actions and crimes so that they become Baptized and do not be considered as terrorists any more and thus they will not be prosecuted in any court of law. 2009/02/11
