According to informed intelligence souces in the province, Rigi who had been involved in the murder of dozens of innocent people and the kidnapping of even a greater number was arrested at his stronghold in Iran's Sistan-o-Balouchestan Province.
Rigi had last year kidnapped and kept in captivity a Japanese young tourist, too, demanding the release from jail of his terrorist brother in turn for his freedom.
